The Universial Design by Dr. Victor Paquet, associate professor at the University at Buffalo, SUNY and also a Virginia Tech Alumnus. His research interests are assessment of physical ergonomic stressors in dynamic work situations, evaluation of ergonomic interventions, musculoskeletal epidemiology, engineering design for injury/illness prevention, and
anthropometry of those with physical disabilities.

The Roles of Human Factors in Healthcare by Dr. Melanie Wright. Dr. Wright is an Assistant Professor at Duke University and is also the Human Factors Specialist at Duke University Human Simulation and Patient Safety Center.
